Someone needed to do this project. Fortunately for all of us this was Patrick’s brainchild and reflects not only his passion, but our next frontier. Through our collaboration as leaders in the global coaching community we both learned that coaching can do what no other technology of development can do – reach across global cultures and connect souls, fostering our capacity to genuinely care about each other. Patrick is joyful when he speaks of this endeavor and lives the way of the heart centered and mindful coach and I am happy to call him a friend and colleague.
