Patrick, just a quick note to thank you for your workshop at Burlington and for an almost offhand suggestion you made: to pair off with someone and exchange coaching. Phyllis Clay remembered your suggestion, and she and I are back here in New Mexico doing just that. Exchanging coaching is proving magical for our work and lives.
