In “Getting Naked,” author Patrick Williams provides us with a well balanced mix through sharing of his vast professional, personal experience and insights, literature, and supporting research. Through his easy to read story telling approach he openly and expertly takes us on a journey as we learn the need of, and benefits to, being emotionally transparent not only in our relationships, but with ourselves. Not only did I learn a lot, I enjoyed it! This is a book I highly recommend, and will be buying copies to share with my family!
