Radical Dating: Finding Love Over 40 is a new TV series being developed for television. As one of the team of contributing coaches, I was in Los Angeles to film the below mini-training for the cast members. My segment is on “The Power of Self Disclosure” and how to create “Naked Nuggets” to share with someone you are starting to date.
“Naked nuggets” are those aspects of you that you share early to test the reaction and understanding of someone you might be looking to date; so you can learn early (rather than after wasting time) if this person gets you, understands your uniqueness and the non negotiables of who you are. Why waste your time with someone who cannot accept your ‘naked Nuggets” of truth and uniqueness?
